Early Release Form
To pick up your child from the slopes - or have a friend do it for you, complete this form and give it to your child's bus chaperone in the morning. For obvious safety reasons, if we do not have this completed, signed form, we cannot release your child to anyone. The adult picking up your child will need to present photo identification at the Chaperone Hut (top floor of Ski Patrol Building) at Summit Central.

Summit Season Pass Lift Ticket Purchase
(Ski School Discount)

ALL students must purchase a season pass lift ticket. First complete and pay for your Bellevue Ski School registration! Only registered Bellevue Ski School students are eligible.

WARNING: Ineligible applicants will have their passes deactivated and cancelled by the Summit with NO REFUND.

The discounted season pass can only be purchased ONLINE. Students need only purchase the L-T-D Pass. Note that Ski & Bag Check is available for an additional $30 (good for HS and MS students). Our instruction provider is Ullr so you will see that name mentionned as the registered ski school.

If you were unable to print this form during registration, please print it now. Parents: Be sure to review the content with your student. It is common for MS and HS students to downplay and not report head impacts which can be exceedingly dangerous.

Student Medical Insurance Coverage For Snowsports

All registered students must have medical insurance which covers snowsports. If student does not have coverage, inexpensive insurance for the student covering school activities including Bellevue Ski School may be purchased through the Bellevue School District using the following form:
