NEW — Must be received within 7 days of registering to validate the registration and guarantee the seat.  Student will not be allowed to participate without a signed Release of Liability Form on file.

Keep the Bellevue Ski School handbook easily available to answer any questions you might have. Just save it to a convenient folder on your hard drive.

To pick up your child from the slopes – or have a friend do it for you, complete this form and give it to your child’s bus chaperone in the morning. For obvious safety reasons, if we do not have this completed, signed form, we cannot release your child to anyone. The adult picking up your child will need to present photo identification at the Chaperone Hut (top floor of Ski Patrol Building) at Summit Central.

If you were unable to print this form during registration, please print it now. Parents: Be sure to review the content with your student. It is common for MS and HS students to downplay and not report head impacts which can be exceedingly dangerous.

All registered students must have medical insurance which covers snowsports. If student does not have coverage, many school districts offer inexpensive insurance covering sport activities including Bellevue Ski School. E.g. Myers, Stevens and Toohey offer such plans with online enrollment available here.

ALL students must purchase a season pass lift ticket. First complete and pay for your Bellevue Ski School registration.

Students need only purchase the new Summit Pass. The Summit no longer offers discounts to students in our program, but they will guarantee passes, even after the public Summit Pass sales are closed. Instructions coming soon for purchasing a Summit Pass after public sales are closed. Note that Ski & Bag Check is available for an additional amount (good for HS and MS students).

Please note that while the Summit accepts IKON passes, we do NOT recommend relying on IKON for Bellevue Ski School. The IKON Pass is only valid for 7 days at the Summit. The IKON Base Pass is only valid for 5 days at the Summit. Both require ADVANCE reservations at the Summit for each day you plan to use it there. Please note that Bellevue Ski School programs are 8 Saturdays.  Days NOT covered by your IKON pass will require that you drive up to the Summit to purchase a day ticket and the RFID media card it is loaded onto PRIOR to our ski school classes — students must have the ticket/pass IN HAND to board our buses. Bellevue Ski School cannot assist with this and will not offer any refunds for days missed due to lack of ski pass.
